Homeopathy is an alternative medicine practice based on the principle that a substance that causes symptoms in a healthy person can cure similar symptoms in a sick person. It involves repeatedly diluting a substance in water or alcohol and shaking it, a process called "potentisation". Practitioners believe that with each dilution and shaking, the remedy becomes more potent, even though the final product is often so diluted that no original molecules remain. 

How it works (according to its theory)

• "Like cures like": A substance that causes certain symptoms in a healthy person is used in a highly diluted form to treat those same symptoms in a sick person. For example, a substance that causes a rash might be used to treat a rash.

• "Law of minimum dose" or "law of infinitesimals": The more a substance is diluted, the more potent it becomes. This process can be repeated so many times that the final remedy contains virtually no molecules of the original substance.

• Stimulating self-healing: Homeopaths believe these remedies stimulate the body's own healing response.

• Individualized treatment: A practitioner will consider a patient's personality, lifestyle, and medical history to find the most appropriate remedy.

After a session , which  takes about an hour,  you’ll feel relaxed and vitalized and your body will detox the following days.   

Next  to foot reflexology I give neck/shoulder chair massages based on Tuina massage which I learned in Bejing, while I was there to visit several hospitals which work according to the Traditional Chinese

Medicine.
